We enjoyed our stay in the Economy Double Room! The room was clean and had a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, keeping us cool throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient for exploring Gainesville.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic for exploring Gainesville.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The mattress was both uncomfortable and caused sleepless nights. The noise from other guests was disruptive, making it hard to relax.

Couple's Budget-Friendly Escape

The staff was friendly and patient, which made a difference. We got a nice, freshly renovated room, everything was very clean, and the AC blasted!

It was a bit pricey for what it was, but still acceptable.

Received a refreshing and renovated room with clean bedding and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, keeping the room cool during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions. However, the mattress was uncomfortable, feeling both soft and hard at the same time, making it difficult to sleep well. I encountered some noise from other guests who were quite loud throughout the night, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, encountered an issue with bugs in the room, which was quite off-putting during my stay. Overall, the cleanliness and location stood out, but the mattress and noise level could use improvement.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was pet-friendly, which allowed us to bring along our three dogs, and we had a great time visiting the nearby Regal Cinemas Royal Park Stadium for a fun family movie night.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

during my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both the historic haile homestead, just a little over half a kilometer away, and bvins arm, only about 500 meters away, making for perfect serene walks in the city and beautiful scenery.
